1. Our platform and your agreement

Give-N-Grow operates a community fundraising-discovery and assistance platform from Florida, United States. These Terms apply to our website and account features. “We” and “us” refer to the Give-N-Grow platform operator. By expressly accepting these Terms when creating or completing an account, you agree to follow them. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit content.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Acknowledging the first-visit donation disclosure is separate from accepting these Terms and does not create a Terms acceptance record.

2. Adults only and account security

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to create an account, submit a fundraiser, request assistance, or offer assistance. If you represent a business or organization, you must have authority to act for it. Do not create accounts for children, impersonate others, or misrepresent your age or identity.

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access. Do not share accounts, evade a suspension, or create duplicate accounts to bypass limits or earn rewards. Particular features may require email verification and profile completion. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.

3. Campaign donations happen externally

External donation links lead to a provider such as GoFundMe. Where enabled, Give-N-Grow also offers campaign checkout using Stripe Connect for a verified organizer recipient account. Stripe handles payment details and recipient settlement. That provider controls its checkout, fees, refunds, beneficiary arrangements, and donation terms. Review its website and the organizer’s information before paying.

We cannot guarantee that a donation will be refunded, used as described, or tax-deductible. We do not guarantee user-submitted campaign information, reported totals, medical claims, beneficiary eligibility, or outcomes. Approval, a verification badge, or inclusion on a map is not a financial, legal, or charitable endorsement.

4. Your content and permission to publish

Submit accurate information and content you own or have permission to share. Obtain permission before posting another person’s story, likeness, or sensitive information. Keep your campaign link and description current. Do not post identity documents, payment-card details, private addresses, or information that exposes someone to harm.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Give-N-Grow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it as needed to operate, moderate, secure, and provide the platform. This includes approved campaign pages, discovery results, opted-in approximate map listings, and social-sharing previews. This permission is limited to those purposes and does not transfer ownership to us.

Submissions may require moderation, and edits may require another review. Organizers can edit and remove campaigns using the available controls. Removal from public discovery does not necessarily delete audit records, backups, external campaigns, or copies already cached or shared by others.

5. Community assistance and safety

We connect members requesting or offering practical help. We do not guarantee a person’s identity, qualifications, safety, reliability, or ability to fulfill an offer. Assess the risks before meeting, traveling, sharing contact details, or accepting help. Use broad locations and appropriate safety precautions. Do not offer regulated services unless qualified and authorized.

Assistance listings and disaster layers are informational and may be incomplete or delayed. They are not emergency instructions or a substitute for local emergency services. Give-N-Grow does not employ community helpers or guarantee that an exchange will be completed.

6. Prohibited activity

Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Do not:

• Commit fraud, invent an emergency, impersonate another person or organization, or share a fundraiser without permission.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate, exploit vulnerable people, or demand sexual, unlawful, or coercive favors in exchange for help.
• Publish unlawful, infringing, abusive, or non-consensual content, or disclose someone’s private information.
• Spam, distribute malware, scrape private data, bypass security, manipulate engagement, or interfere with service availability.
• Misuse reporting, verification, memberships, sponsorships, rewards, or administrator access.

7. Memberships and optional platform payments

Paid memberships and optional platform-support checkout are currently Coming soon and are not open for new purchases. Free accounts and available community features do not require a membership payment. If payments become available, the offer and checkout will explain the price, billing interval, applicable taxes, eligibility, and any trial before you authorize a purchase.

Memberships, business sponsorships, and optional support payments are separate from campaign donations. They do not verify campaigns, purchase urgency, guarantee exposure, or guarantee rewards. Stripe handles enabled platform payments. Do not send card details through posts, email, or Support. Existing billing management remains available where a billing account exists.

Review renewal, cancellation, and refund terms before any subscription purchase. Canceling a membership does not itself delete your account or cancel an external fundraiser. Nothing here removes mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law.

8. GrowPoints and digital rewards

GrowPoints are loyalty points, not money, a bank balance, an investment, or cryptocurrency. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or withdrawn through Give-N-Grow. Eligible balances, digital rewards, and lifetime-earned progression are shown in the rewards interface.

GP is earned only through eligible non-donation activities under current rules: onboarding, optional profile details, reviewed referrals and approved community service. Donating, clicking a fundraising link or submitting a receipt never earns GP. GP cannot be purchased or exchanged for money, gift cards or donation-linked financial benefits. We may cap awards, correct errors, reverse fraudulent awards, or restrict accounts under review. Donation recognition is separate and disabled pending authorized provider verification and applicable approval. Self-reported contributions are private, unverified statements.

Redeeming a downloadable 3D collectible grants a non-exclusive license to download, modify, and display it on your Give-N-Grow profile and in personal, non-commercial projects. Do not resell or redistribute standalone files, sublicense them, or claim exclusive ownership of the original design. No trademark rights are granted. The package includes its license and editable source. Public profile previews are visible to visitors and can be copied; they are not protected by digital-rights-management technology. Models are artistic web assets, not engineering or fabrication specifications.

9. Moderation and account closure

We may review, reject, suspend, remove, or restrict content or accounts to address safety, fraud, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms. We may act without advance notice when needed to protect people or the service. Where appropriate, the interface provides a reason or status update. A paid membership does not bypass moderation.

Contact Support or email us to request review of a decision, report an error, or ask to close your account. We assess the information available; an appeal does not automatically restore content or access. Account closure is separate from withdrawing a campaign, canceling a membership, or changing an external provider’s arrangements.

10. Availability and responsibility

Access can be interrupted and features can change. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve a particular fundraising or assistance result. Third-party providers and user content are outside our complete control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Give-N-Grow is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses caused by external providers, other users, interruptions, or reliance on user-submitted content. These Terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility that applicable law requires us to retain.

11. Applicable law and updates

Applicable United States federal law and Florida law govern these Terms, except where mandatory law gives you protections that cannot be displaced. Contact us first with a concern so we can try to resolve it. These Terms do not impose binding arbitration or waive a right to bring a claim protected by applicable law.

We may update these Terms as practices or features change. The updated date and version appear on this page. Material changes will be communicated through the site or account notices as appropriate, and fresh acceptance requested where required. Changes do not retroactively turn an old acceptance or donation-notice acknowledgment into acceptance of a new version.
